Breathe and Play classes are inclusive classes that incorporate movement, mindfulness, and play for children with and without disabilities. Classes are designed for students to engage in 30 minutes of yoga inspired movement and 30 minutes of play based learning. Students will explore various themes to work on problem-solving, self-regulation, friendship skills, and so much more!

This is a 6-week series where children at Bethesda Elementary in grades K-3 can practice yoga inspired movement and breathing techniques to build social-emotional regulation skills and confidence. This is an inclusive series open to children with and without special needs.
