Breathe and Play Wellness is a wellness community for children with special needs, parents raising children with special needs, and all who work in the field of education. We hope to foster a space where children of all abilities can authentically be themselves while practicing self-awareness, social awareness, and empathy. We hope that parents can find their community, gain expertise in the field of special education, and feel empowered when supporting their child’s journey. We hope that educators will feel nurtured and valued while developing the skills to be confident in supporting students with disabilities.
